Vehicle provided is based on the number ofpeople travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (orvehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra oroversized luggage.

If the stay is outside city area, there willbe extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. Thesecharges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.

Private Transfers doesn't imply that theVehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at theattraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in privatetours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found atthe pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.

Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies thattransfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You arerequested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes beforepickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutesdepending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up ofother guests.

Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickupsis 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge areaor call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driverwill leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.

The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfersare subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location andthe route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message onTelegram app.

If you are taking the Krabi Four Island Tour,National Park Fee @ THB 400 has to be paid directly.

For any change in pickup timing of privatetours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance in theTelegram app. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.

For transfers on shared basis in Krabi, localopen air vehicle will be provided for transfers. Van will be provided only forprivate transfers.

At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotelmay ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotelpolicy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost ofany items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or anydamages done to the accommodation).

Any ticket to attractions, museums, train,cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitlymentioned as an inclusion.

The cost and ticket issued for variousattractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the ageprovided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service providerdecide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wronginformation as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer onsite.

Please make sure that the passport of allguests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

We can only facilitate the visa applicationfor the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion ofEmbassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then weare not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies willapply.
